Scope of the Studies

- A rescue contract has been made with Donatan under the condition of Lloyd's Salvage Agreement, LOF 2000, “No Cure, No Pay” and work has started.
- Before the contract was made, our expert and diver went to the region and made a survey to determine the condition of the ship and what needed to be done. After the contract made in accordance with our proposal, work has also been started. All the operations below have been carried out and controlled in accordance with the directives of the P&I Club.
- About 600 tons of bulk cement cargo on the ship was placed in limbo on the Doğan Kartal ship we rented and taken to Yarımca, Izmit and delivered to the buyer. The ship was lightened in this way and then floated by being towed with the help of 2 tugs.
- Temporary repairs were made to the damages caused under the ship and they were delivered to the shipowner so that they could safely go to the evacuation port.
- Our tug boat was accompanied to ensure that the ship was safely taken to Yarımca in order to deliver the cargo remaining on the ship to its buyer.
